Starting from the first stage of design work, we manage the complete outsourcing activity for mechanical assembly components, such as metal stamping, metal casting, fitting, forming, springs, gears, and servo motors. PCI also manages secondary processes such as tampo printing, silk printing, ultra-sonic bonding and welding.
PCI engineering manages plastics tooling design and manufacture, such as mould base, high speed NC machine, EDM finishing, wire cutting machine, and mirror polishing to different NIHON texturing grades. Highly competitive injection molding is available to PCI on a just-in-time basis, including double mould & in-mould decorating technology and hot-runner process manufacturing.
